Mounting with Screws – To mount the plate with screws, you need to know the right position where the holes are to be drilled and for that, place the old number plate on the top of a new one. This will let you know the right position, and then you can mark that position with markers. Use the screws at the points marked and fixing plate through them onto the vehicle. Once done, put caps over the screws and then press firmly.

Sticky pad number plates – For this kind of number plate, clean the area where you want the plate to be stuck. After cleaning the surface of the vehicle, get your number plate ready by applying the sticky pads at the back of the plate. It is suggested to apply at least 9-12 pads in all directions, horizontal, vertical and slanted. And remove the backing of the pad only when you are about to apply it on to the vehicle, once applied put pressure so that it gets stuck firmly. So, this was all about number plate fixing. • If you want to mount it with screws, then begin with determining the right position where the screws will land and this can be done in a simpler way by placing the old number plate on the top of new one. This will let you know the exact position where you need to drill for the holes and so make a mark on that position. Drill through the marked points in a way that it doesn’t drill through any digit. Now, using the screws fix the plate tightly on the vehicle. And lastly, place caps over the screws and then press them firmly. These caps will enhance the overall look of the plate.

Finally, remove the backing of the pads just before applying it on the vehicle, once applied, put some pressure so that it gets stuck firmly.
